SHIPPING: UPS requires a street address for delivery. The shipping charge for orders under $50 is $4.00. For orders $50 or more, shipping is FREE.

PHONE ORDERS: We recommend that you fill out our Order Form and have your Visa or MasterCard with expiration date at hand before you phone us.

MAIL ORDERS: Please supply all information requested on our order form. We will accept your personal check, money order or payment with Visa or MasterCard. Please, for your own protection, do not send cash.  Mail your order form and payment to the address below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Call within 10 days after receiving your order for advice on returning goods for exchange or refund. Sorry, books and patterns may not be returned. All goods must be unused and in saleable condition. Postage and handling charges are not refunded.
